🍯Slow Yoga Flow combines breath and movement to create a continuous flow from posture to posture to strengthen and stretch. Soft & strong, in this class we slow it down while building foundational strength. It is both invigorating and peaceful, suitable for active beginners.

The latter part of class we will be guided through a series of yin postures.

✨Join Louise on Wednesdays at 8:00pm

NOTE: For our virtual studio, you will be emailed a link approximately 1 hour and again 5 minutes prior to the class.

✨ For some of you, the answer is YES! Others may be skeptical.

✨ We are here to invite you into the intricacies of the world of energy (specifically, your energy body), that lives vibrant and unseen just behind the veil of doubt. Through yoga practices, lectures, open discussions, and guided exploration, this weekend is designed to deepen your connection to and understanding of the mystery and power of your energy body. This includes unpacking the chakras (energy centers), nadis (energy pathways), and pranas (directions of energetic movement), as well as enhancing your understanding and database of mantra and sanskrit.

✨ This weekend training runs from April 30th to May 2nd, with April Cantafio and Isabelle Addison.
