Join Amanda Madhu Whiting for an experience of yin through the five koshas. The koshas are like sheaths of the body that, once explored, can access our true form: bliss. Together we will traverse through the physical layer, energetic layer, mind layer, wisdom layer, and finally the bliss layer through use of yin postures, visualization, meditation and quiet introspection.
Kosha yin was developed by Amanda Madhu as a way to strengthen the connection of body, mind and beyond.
