    Enter a 3 hour immersive experience into deep stillness, transformative breath work, and vast inner expansion.

     

    Join Sheena Mason for a nourishing restorative yoga practice to quiet the mind and support the rest of the body. Then enter into a playful breath journey to explore the possibilities of the energy body which can often give an experiences of moving beyond what feels limiting or stuck in the habitual state. Spend the final hour fading into the softer inner realms through a guided Yoga Nidra that moves awareness through different layers or perception rendering you vulnerable to hearing your most sacred inner voice.

     

    Please wear loose fitting layered clothing, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal and pen.
