    Tania will guide you through 75mins of technique and practice, as well as give you space to reflect and integrate as you dive into the inner landscape of yourself. Learn about pranayama (breath regulation), postures and mudras that can support a natural state of concentration, clarity and equanimity.

     

    Each session is crafted to help you develop a deeper understanding of your mind and emotions.

     

    Meditation helps to enhance your focus, self-awareness, and to manage stress and anxiety. It can even help improve your sleep and lower your blood pressure.

     

    By cultivating a consistent practice, meditation can help you develop presence in the midst of life’s challenges.
