The class was paced really well to ease into it and feel comfortable in the process. I found the exploration very relaxing and restorative. I’ve been doing different types of breathwork for a couple of years and that component of her class was really interesting! Because of my schedule, I wasn’t able to attend the entire four weeks, but I hope they line up for me so I can do them all.
