This Hot Yoga class will be taught in Mandarin & Cantonese, and is designed to empower you from the inside out! You will be guided to mindfully navigate a yoga flow sequence with the intention of nurturing the trinity of your human endowment – mind, body & heart.
Prana’s hot yoga room
We will focus on connecting breath with movement, precise body alignment and the use of props to help students of all abilities perform the asanas (yoga postures). The asanas build strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance, while aiding in weight loss and stress reduction. The class will be held in our warm heated room (photo on left) to enhance flexibility.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and I became RYT 200 certified in 2017. For me yoga is about inner changes and awareness. My practice is a time to put everything else on hold and to connect to my inner being. The heightened awareness I experience through my practice is what continues to draw me to my mat. My passion is to share the positive effects yoga has had upon my life in hopes of continuing this positive effect among others.
