This energetically balanced class synergizes breath with active, flowing postures as well as longer holds to cultivate strength, flexibility and concentration. Wind down with deep relaxation and pranayama (breathwork) to keep you in the zen zone far beyond class. Suitable for all levels but not recommended for those with limited mobility.
