Saturday, Sept. 26 | 6-8:30 pm with Leala, Alyssa & Anika
Under the radiant energy of the Harvest Full Moon, gather in an intentional circle of women for an evening of deep presence, moving meditation, and soulful connection.
🌕 The full moon has long been a time of illumination, emotional clarity, and release — a moment to pause, soften, and return to what is true within us.
Through somatic movement, yoga nidra, simple breathwork, sound vibration and moving meditation, we will drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. As we move and share together, our mirror neurons naturally activate, creating an oxytocin bath of group coherence, belonging and well being.
In this shared field of presence, something beautiful happens: one woman’s openness becomes permission for another.
We’ll also explore a Kindred Euphoria Meditation, a moving meditation designed to awaken the joy and warmth that arises when we allow ourselves to be fully present with others in authenticity.
This circle is an invitation to rest, nurture yourself, and allow authentic, unconditioned expression to emerge — free from expectation or performance. In this shared space, something magical happens: we remember we are not alone.
🌀Come as you are. Leave feeling nurtured, relaxed, connected, and deeply seen. If your body is asking for rest, connection, and a place to simply be — you are warmly invited to this Full Moon Women’s Circle.
Limited spaces. Intimate circle. Reserve your spot early.

LEALA ENFIELD has been devoted to the path of yoga and embodied movement for over 30 years. Her journey began on the remote side of Maui, where she fell in love with practicing yoga in wild nature and exploring the freedom of movement, dance, and intuitive expression.
Her passion for feminine wisdom and community led her to complete Women’s Group Facilitator Training with the Awakening Women’s Institute in 2008, and to attend the Yogini Summer Ashram in Corfu, Greece in 2010 and 2025.
After moving to Canada, Leala met Yogrishi Vishvketu, beginning her deeper studies in Akhanda Yoga. In 2006 she founded Prana Yoga Studio, which has grown into a thriving urban yoga community and a respected center for Akhanda Yoga teachings.
Alongside running a busy studio, Leala has raised a family, guided international yoga retreats, and taught numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings in both Canada and India.
Her work today weaves together yoga, feminine practices, somatic awareness, and group synergy to create spaces where authentic expression, connection, and transformation can unfold.
Aylssa TaitAlyssa knew at an early age that both the Jungle & the Water would always feel like home.
After many visits to see her father while he lived in Costa Rica from 2000-2003, she had to return. Ten years ago, completing her YTT under those same stars. This was the start of her adult travels that will never end. Since then Alyssa has explored Nicaragua, Europe, India, Peru, Indonesia, Guatemala & Thailand! Amongst these travels, she has both participated in retreats as well as simply frolicking about like the Curious Creature she is.
In 2020, she was introduced to Cacao and instantly fell in love. She didn’t know it, but Cacao was about to hold her through a season of grief. For the next two years Cacao carried her through death, loss, transformation and rebirth. Cacao called her to Peru where she spent 3 months immersing in the culture, the plants and her practice. This relationship continues to blossom each day and she shares this Heart Opening Spirit, in deep Reverence, Trust & Gratitude.
Cacao invited her to deepen into relationship with herself as well as the world around. Leading retreats, facilitating women’s circles, and guiding Cacao Ceremonies at Festivals has become a part of her story.
Alyssa thrives through a blend of connection & reflection. She is passionate about sharing a life of intention, through creating caring spaces & experiences

Yoga, Sanskrit for “union of the mind, body, and soul,” has been a presence in my life since the beginning. My family members and role models each embody unique adaptations of values and practices that reflect this philosophy, but when I truly fell in love with the yogic tradition I was 18 years old in India. There I spent a month in Yogrishi Vishveketu’s ashram observing him and my mother lead a 200 hour yoga teacher training. This experience inspired my own dive into a 200 hour training, which solidified my connection to the practice and integration of yogic wisdom into daily life. My love for the umbrella of conscious movement and mindful practices that includes asana blossomed over 9 months of backpacking solo across Asia. On this journey I first began to teach yoga classes and explore complimentary practices of honing the mind, heart and body, including vipassana meditation, ecstatic dance, ceremonies, and fire spinning. Following this trip I began my psychology degree at MacEwan university which continues to expand my understanding of human consciousness and refine my love for communicating it. With the completion of my 300 hour program and regular teaching experience at Prana, I continue discovering new depths of nourishment in my own practice and in sharing yoga with others.
