How to age gracefully

    Are you afraid of aging? Do you feel disconnected from your body? In this workshop, we will look at the connection between the physical and energetic body and the role it plays in our lives every day through the fascia. You will begin to discover how your body and mind react to stress and how to navigate through it in a healthier way. This workshop is an invitation for you to connect deeply to your physical body while paying attention to your emotions and thought patterns.
    Angie will guide you in SMR and combine proper stretching techniques using yin yoga for optimal results. When you are mindful of your body and use gradual pressure, fibroblasts are stimulated to produce more tropocollagen, which forms new collagen and adds to the resting length of the existing fiber. This corrects muscle imbalances, lengthens your muscles and most people feel an increase in mobility and flexibility after just one session. You will also learn different tools and techniques you can use at home to continue the journey in improving your body awareness and physical health.
