You will experience the peaceful, calming benefits of meditation and how you can integrate these teachings mindfully into your daily life. Each week we will expand and explore a different technique or style of meditation. This course was consciously designed to leave you with a deeper understanding of meditation and yourself. Connect with who you are beyond repetitive and conditioned thought streams.
Establishing new pathways for awareness to rest beneath the moving mind, the subtlety of your inner world comes to light. This in turn calms the nervous system, reducing stress and increasing well-being, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Jennilee began her own healing journey over 16 years ago and has since then dedicated her life to deepening her own practice and holding space for others to do the same. Jennilee is now a trained breathwork facilitator, energy healer, yoga and meditation teacher. She is continuously studying new techniques and modalities to expand her offerings to clients and the community. And although studying with various teachers and masters around the world, she contributes her most valuable lessons to those from her children.
Jane Marshall was introduced to meditation through the Tibetan Buddhist approach in 2008. She has traveled extensively in the Himalayas and learned from great masters. She’s been able to find meditation techniques that are really helpful in our modern environment. She hopes to share this wisdom in a practical way with anyone wanting to stabilize the mind to dive deep into their own inner world. Meditation is for everyone, no matter what level, gender, culture etc. It is simply about finding a path to clarity, then diving in wholeheartedly.
