All of Prana’s staff & ownership’s efforts are so appreciated! First, to close quite early on for our safety & then to keep us practicing at home with very little down time. It’s quite remarkable.
I’ve had some glitches on my end too (country internet mostly) but it’s a pretty smooth process now, and if I’m running a little late or have to get up and fiddle with something, I’m not bothering anybody else so it doesn’t bother me.
My now daily practice w the Prana family has almost literally been a life saver……a hopeful guiding light during a transitional time.
