3 Sundays: November 24th, December 1st & December 8th, 4-6 pm each day
This series will aid in the processing of grief and loss. Whether it’s the loss of a spouse, parent(s), friend, child, baby, pet, job or something you are attached to has left, grief is present. Learn how to navigate this uniquely personal process with yoga postures, meditation, breathing techniques, and more. All are welcome in this non judgemental, interactive series.
