Wednesday, April 1st | 7:30-9:15 pm with Leala & Tania
Under the radiance of the Pink Full Moon, gather in an intentional circle of women for an evening of deep presence, moving meditation, and soulful connection.
🌕 The full moon has long been a time of illumination, emotional clarity, and release — a moment to pause, soften, and return to what is true within us.
Through somatic movement, simple breathwork, sound vibration and guided meditation, we will drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. As we move and share together, our mirror neurons naturally activate, creating an oxytocin bath of group coherence, belonging and well being.
In this shared field of presence, something beautiful happens: one woman’s openness becomes permission for another.
We’ll also explore a Kindred Euphoria Meditation, a moving meditation designed to awaken the joy and warmth that arises when we allow ourselves to be fully present with others in authenticity.
This circle is an invitation to rest, nurture yourself, and allow authentic, unconditioned expression to emerge — free from expectation or performance. In this shared space of presence, something magical happens: we remember we are not alone.
🌀Come as you are. Leave feeling nurtured, relaxed, connected, and deeply seen. If your body is asking for rest, connection, and a place to simply be — you are warmly invited to this Pink Moon Women’s Circle.
Limited spaces. Intimate circle. Reserve your spot early.

LEALA ENFIELD has been devoted to the path of yoga and embodied movement for over 30 years. Her journey began on the remote side of Maui, where she fell in love with practicing yoga in wild nature and exploring the freedom of movement, dance, and intuitive expression.
Her passion for feminine wisdom and community led her to complete Women’s Group Facilitator Training with the Awakening Women’s Institute in 2008, and to attend the Yogini Summer Ashram in Corfu, Greece in 2010 and 2025.
After moving to Canada, Leala met Yogrishi Vishvketu, beginning her deeper studies in Akhanda Yoga. In 2006 she founded Prana Yoga Studio, which has grown into a thriving urban yoga community and a respected center for Akhanda Yoga teachings.
Alongside running a busy studio, Leala has raised a family, guided international yoga retreats, and taught numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings in both Canada and India.
Her work today weaves together yoga, feminine practices, somatic awareness, and group synergy to create spaces where authentic expression, connection, and transformation can unfold.
TANIA VAZQUEZ My journey as a yoga teacher has been one of deep personal growth and discovery. I was introduced to Raja Yoga and meditation in my teens, which sparked a deep fascination with the mind-body connection and the transformative potential of yoga. From my early practice of Kundalini and Hatha yoga in Mexico to discovering the Akhanda experience at Prana, my practice has evolved into a holistic journey of integration, care, and mindfulness.
Completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 was a significant milestone, and since then, I’ve become a 500-hour ERYT and YACEP, continually expanding my skills and knowledge. I am honored to have facilitated yoga retreats in Western Canada and led Meditation and Yoga Teacher Trainings at Prana, where I get to share my passion for yogic philosophy, and guide others on their own paths of growth and discovery.
With a genuine and warm approach, I create nurturing environments for my students to explore their full potential and deepen their practice.
