Prenatal yoga is great for releasing aches and pains while strengthening body, heart and mind to prepare for childbirth. Each week we will be practicing asanas (postures) that promote a functional core while gently increasing flexibilty. Enjoy breath centered movement, pregnancy safe breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Take some time to connect to yourself and your growing baby.

During our opening and closing circles you will learn more about your body, pregnancy and how to alleviate any common pregnancy concerns you may have such as heartburn, swollen feet etc. Have your notepad and a pen ready, and prepare any questions you may want to ask!
