Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

The art of healing through profound relaxation

With special guest teacher Andrea Peloso, senior student of Judith Lasater Phd.

    ONLINE!

We are excited to announce that Andrea will be running a restorative yoga teacher training online this fall!

    Dates: September 25-27 & October 30-November 1
Fridays 6-9pm EST (4-7 Alberta time)
Saturdays & Sundays 10am-4pm EST (8-2 Alberta time)

This 40 hour Restorative Training is a rich exploration to inform the personal practice and teaching skills of each student.  Students will learn the joys of restorative yoga through first-hand experience of the postures, and will also learn hands on experience in how to teach students of all levels.  Also, students will learn the Ayurvedic, physiological, emotional, and biomechanical elements of each pose.

An extensive repertoire of postures will be passed on to students with the detail necessary to bring depth and life changing benefits to students.  How to set up the postures in detail, as well as modify for a class with less props will be explored.  This will be a supportive environment that supports the growth and healing of each student.  Experience is the best teacher.

Please note there is a final assignment for this course that includes practicum hours, personal practice, and a book report. Reading Up Ghost River is the required reading.
