    Yoga and meditation go hand in hand. In fact, hatha yoga was designed to prepare practitioners for seated meditation!
    Join Jane Marshall for a blissful Saturday evening of gentle yoga followed by shamatha meditation. Shamatha translates as ‘tranquility’ or ‘serenity’. Jane will guide you in breathing meditation, a tool to bring your mind to an open, fresh state.
