In this 5 session course we will learn and practice:
Myo-fascial techniques with balls, to get the tissues around your shoulders feeling better right away!!
A set of exercises using therapy bands to strengthen your shoulders and improve their function. This is the secret to shoulder comfort.
How to align and activate your shoulders in your yoga practice, so you can use your practice to keep your shoulders healthy going forward! Imagine how that will transform your practice.
This is a multifaceted approach to shoulder care that really works! It will be your “go to” strategy anytime you feel that “pinchy” sensation in your shoulders that tells you it’s time to take care of your rotator cuff again!
