This is a multifaceted approach to shoulder care that really works! It will be your “go to” strategy anytime you feel that “pinchy” sensation in your shoulders that tells you it’s time to take care of your rotator cuff again!
You will see a noticeable improvement within the first two weeks! For less than the cost of one massage session, you will have the knowledge and tools to keep your shoulders happy.
Included is one therapy band. Please bring your own balls for myofascial release, or purchase one Yoga-Tune-up ball from Prana Yoga Studio.
