    Join Sara Karuna for this exploration of Hanumanasana (Monkey Pose) aka the splits!

    This workshop will give you an abundance of stretches that will improve your range of control into both front and middle splits.


    You will be guided through prep poses to help open up the hips while strengthening and engaging the lower body to find the alignment for this advanced posture.


    Deepen your body awareness and develop perseverance while relieving tension and stress.


    Whether your goal is full splits or a deep stretch, this 2-hour workshop will create the perfect space to lengthen muscles, & devolve tension throughout the lower body.


    Please come well hydrated and on an empty stomach. This practice is for any level of yogi but not recommended for those with groin or hamstrings injuries.
