Every day, kids will enjoy a virtual journey to various tropical locations, learning tools and techniques inspiring them to create healthier happier lives… Dances, yoga lessons and activities abound this week!
Bring Water bottle, yoga mat, and nut free snack.

Dawn Southey Hills LOVE of movement began in early childhood. She knew at young age that she wanted to teach and empower others to heal themselves. Her passion is to teach Yoga and Meditation as a tool for mental, physical and spiritual health (in both children and adults). Dawn teaches Kids Yoga Classes, Kids Camps, ”Dance Around The World” Classes, Meditation Classes, and Meditation Teacher Training courses at Prana Yoga Studio. Dawn is a Certified Lifestyle Meditation Teacher and Facilitator. She also completed her 200 YTT Certification at Prana Yoga Studio in June 2015.
