Spring Breath, Restore & Nidra

    🌟Settle into a slow restorative practice designed to hold you as you allow your nervous system to attune to slower rythms. Structured poses using props allow you to hold shapes in your body without any effort offering an unusually profound experience of letting go while being physically supported.

     

    Then explore the cleansing and enlivening experience of breath work that awakens dormant channels in the body and clears stagnancy in the mind. Breath practices can explore a vast landscape moving from very strong and physical to very subtle and quiet. We will move in a way that is attuned to the moments that arise in the practice.

     

    Finally, enter into a deep and profound journey of Yoga Nidra. A held and collective entry into the realms of being and rest. Yoga Nidra is a practice of stretching out and sustaining the amount of time spent in the tipping point before entering sleep. We will explore collectively dropping from one level of experience to the next using ancient yogic techniques.
