    If so, we invite you to Spring Cleaning for the Mind, a 4-week series with The Work of Byron Katie.

    In this series, you will learn how to address and heal stressful thoughts, whether from a momentary irritation or a decades-held pattern of belief. The Work of Byron Katie is a profoundly effective yet simple tool that the mind can use to end its own suffering. Experience another form of yoga – a yoga for the mind – that will support your thinking coming to peace.

    People who do The Work as an ongoing practice report life-changing results, including decreased stress, alleviation of depression, improved relationships, and increased clarity and energy.

    No prior experience is required. Please bring a notebook and a pen.

    Lisa Daley and Isabelle Addison have both been utilizing The Work of Byron Katie in their own lives with tremendous positive affect for many, many years. They love the power of this process and love sharing it with each other, having been close friends, almost sisters, since they met at School for the Work with Katie in 2009.
