Spring Equinox – Day Retreat

Venue: Prana Yoga Studio

nature walk | cozy lo-fi beats | restorative yoga

In preparation for a time of transformation and expansion let’s gather in nature to witness the ever-changing, yet always present flow of Prana (vital force energy).

With hosts Tania Vazquez and Marcus Fung/dj noodle soup.

Let Tania guide you through a mindful walk in a diverse forest of Aspen, White Spruce and Jack Pine at the beautiful conservation area Bunchberry Meadows (located only a few minutes drive from Prana Yoga Studio).

Enjoy a profound and intimate connection with nature by honouring moments of reflection, journaling, exploration of breathwork and mindful rest. After the walk, we’ll gather for lunch at the picnic tables located by the parking lot.

Participants are invited to bring their own healthy lunch or snack. Avoid eating anything heavy as we will be meeting again for the second part of our day.

*Carpooling from Prana Yoga Studio to/from Bunchberry Meadows is encouraged.

Back at Prana we will begin to draw inward as we dive into a deeper level of experience with the guidance of lo.fi sounds and intuitive movement. Become absorbed by the nostalgic cozy sound of lo-fi vibes. A soulful window into a timeless feeling of positive and reflective energy. Marcus’s plays from his library of original Lo-Fi beats rooted in his love of soul, jazz and hip-hop.

Tania will facilitate the exploration of yoga-inspired movement and restorative postures that will help you transcend into a state of inner harmony and bliss.

This event is an invitation to retreat from your daily routine and allow yourself to experience a sacred, intimate pause within your own path. The spring equinox brings a moment of balance between day and night, allowing us to reflect on our innate and most personal connection with darkness and light.

We look forward to sharing these mystical pause in nature with you!
