Spring Equinox ~ Day Retreat

    Welcome the arrival of spring by joining Tania in this nature and yoga inspired – day retreat!
     
    In preparation for a time of transformation and rebirth, let’s gather in nature to observe and absorb the ever changing, yet always present flow of Prana (vital force energy).
    We will meet at the beautiful conservation area “Bunchberry Meadows” (only a few mins drive from Prana Yoga Studio), where Tania will guide you through a mindful nature walk in a diverse forest of aspen, white spruce and jack pine, as we connect with the land and nature in a more profound and intimate way.
    During the walk we will be honoring breaks for breathwork, reflection, journaling and rest.
     
    After the walk we will sit down for lunch, participants are invited to bring their own healthy snack/lunch. Try to avoid eating anything heavy as we will be meeting again for the second portion of our day.
    There are picnic tables available at the site.
     
    We will meet back at Prana Yoga Studio where we will share some insights (sharing is optional) and open space for integration and free relaxation.
    Pranayama and yoga inspired movement will be next on the schedule. Followed by a restorative practice in preparation for Yoga Nidra.
     
    This day is an invitation to Retreat from your daily routine and allow yourself to experience a sacred an intimate pause within your own path.
     
    We look forward to spending an afternoon/early evening together as we gently observe the natural change in seasons & within the Self.

    * Dress up for the weather (layers are encouraged) & bring a light back pack.
     
    * Available AT the studio: eye pillows, bolsters, blocks, extra blankets. Filtered water (hot & cold).
     
    * Tania will provide non-caffeinated tea and fresh fruit at the nature site, and at the studio.
