Welcome the arrival of spring by joining Tania in this nature and yoga inspired – evening retreat!
In preparation for a time of transformation and rebirth, let’s gather to observe and absorb the ever changing, yet always present flow of Prana (vital force energy).
At Prana Yoga Studio, pranayama and yoga inspired movement will be up, followed by a restorative practice in preparation for Yoga Nidra.
We look forward to spending an early evening together as we gently observe the natural change in seasons & within the Self.
