Spring is a powerful time to say yes to the supportive newness moving in and through nature. Nature’s exuberant yes to change can buoy our own.
In this brand new guided online program we will explore each of the 7 chakras and utilize all the elements and their corresponding senses to refresh and renew your energy and your outlook. Get a deeper taste of Yoga’s holistic approach to health and well being by drawing on insights from its sister science, Ayurveda. Deepen your experience of the chakras and your own subtle body through the intelligent use of sound (mantra), breath (pranayama), movement (asana), and meditation/contemplation (dharana, dhyana).
Every morning for seven days we will explore a different chakra through:
a 60 minute holistic asana practice – awakening, energizing and engaging the fullness of your physical presence
approximately 30 minutes further developing sensitivity and awareness of this centre through chanting, guided meditation, a brief dharma talk, and some fun, practical, and doable ways to support the cleansing and refreshing of this centre and its associated sense organ.
some little homework assignments (also fun and doable!) to extend your awareness throughout the day.

Get to know some of Prana’s senior teachers in this comprehensive, joyful, empowering 7 day sadhana (committed practice) that will bring you into community with like-minded others! We will kick off with a live opening circle to set intentions, then practice online for every morning for 7 days (choose your own start time*). On the evening of the 7th day we will gather again to share our insights, questions, and realizations.

*We recommend choosing a start time between 5:00-9:00 am based on your daily schedule, and then sticking with that set time each day for the seven days.
