Join Janelle for a special Aroma Yoga experience in collaboration with Saje Wellness, featuring their Mindful Pocket Farmacy Collection.
This workshop weaves yoga, functional movement, breath and energy exercises with therapeutic-grade essential oils, intentionally paired to support both renewal and deep rest.
Move, awaken and connect with the body and mind with uplifting blends like Liquid Sunshine, Energize, and Connection, then transition into massage therapy ball work, restorative yin poses and a grounding savasana supported by Unwind and Power Down.
The class will close with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle into deeper relaxation and integration- tools you can also take home to support more restful sleep.
The Saje Wellness team will be in class assisting and sharing the oils with all guests.

Janelle Ford has a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta specializing in Active Living, Health & Well-being which then led her into personal training, athletic training and strength and conditioning coaching for mens lacrosse teams. Yoga came into her life when dealing with chronic stress and burnout so she decided to take a teacher training for personal growth but that quickly turned into teaching and then owning a wellness studio! She has completed numerous trainings including a 500HR YTT, yin yoga, restorative yoga, aroma yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, yoga nidra, movement template, meditation, healthy aging, sound healing and high performance aging for longevity. She loves supporting others through fun gatherings, connection and in their overall wellness & longevity. She teaches with the hope that she can help others experience the many benefits that come from intentional and functional movement. She is passionate about supporting people in their mobility so that they can maintain their health and independence their entire life. And most importantly that they feel lifted, loved, supported and cared for each time they step on to their mat.
