Yoga for Beginners

    In this series we will delve into the foundations that form the holistic practice of yoga. Posture, alignment, breath and presence!

     

    You can expect to learn basic alignment and how that relates to the most common postures (asana), as well as the importance of breath and its various techniques (pranayama). Collectively we will connect together how these essential elements become the pivotal support in any yoga practice.

     

    This is great for the practitioner new to yoga or someone looking to rebuild and refine their foundations. You will leave confident and prepared to step out into our public drop in classes.
