Yoga for Pregnancy

    Prenatal yoga is great for releasing aches and pains, strengthening and increasing flexibility. Helps to support body, heart and mind in pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.


    Each week we will be practicing asanas (postures) and movement, pregnancy safe breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Take some time for yourself to connect with your growing baby and other new moms.


    8 week session | $149 + tax
