    Sometimes it feels like the world is vibrating. Anxiety can and does impact all of us at one time or another. Sometimes it’s situational; sometimes it’s a lifelong experience. Join Amanda Madhu for a 3 week series on Yoga for Anxiety. You will learn techniques that can help not only in the midst of anxiety, but in regulation of the nervous system on a daily basis. Through breathwork, meditation and movement, while incorporating information about anxiety itself, you’ll leave the series feeling reassured and prepared.
    • Week 1: What is anxiety? How does it impact the body?
    • Week 2: What does it mean to meet anxiety where it is?
    • Week 3: When do you use the techniques? Will anxiety ever go away?
