Sunday, June 2 | 6-8:30 pm. WAITLIST ONLY

We’re so excited to host Vishvaji for his only workshop in Edmonton in 2019! Vishvaji is the teacher of Prana’s teachers. Many of us have trained with him and visited his ashram in Rishikesh, India.

Join Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji) for this deeply restorative workshop to release stress at a cellular level and reboot your body’s natural harmony.

The program will include an introductory discussion of the process of harmonizing movement, breath and thought, a blended Inner Reprogramming and Hatha-Raja class, followed by a Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Inner Reprogramming is an ultra slow series of movements in which the breath and movements are matched at a very subtle level. It deeply resets and harmonizes the whole system. The Hatha-Raja class includes a sequence of moderate postures practiced in conjunction with Brahmaree Pranayama (honey bee breath). This sound vibration releases stress and balances the five elements of your body. There is a focus on postures that influence the pineal and pituitary glands of the brain helping to bring the mind to a calm and uplifted state.

Yoga Nidra is an intentional relaxation like Savasana, but with a specially guided process for scanning and releasing tension from each part of the body. Vishva-ji has a special method of Yoga Nidra that harnesses the power of intentional relaxation across the central axis of the body to maximize the benefits to the right and left hemispheres.

Vishva-ji looks forward to being at Prana Yoga again for this special workshop journey.
