We offer a wide variety of modular trainings for specialized yoga study, including Yoga Alignment & Anatomy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for kids & Teens, Ayurveda, Yoga & Psychology, and much more. Trainings are generally held on weekends and span from 15 hours to 32 hours, to be applied as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits, and toward our 300 hour YA registered yoga teacher training program for 500 hour certification. Specialty trainings include both core & elective modules for our 300 hour YTT.

Pregnancy and birth are rites of passage in a woman’s life, preparing her for the timeless challenges and gifts of becoming a mother.
