Speciality Trainings

We offer a wide variety of weekend trainings for specialized yoga study, including Yoga Alignment & Anatomy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for kids & Teens, Ayurveda, Yoga & Psychology, and much more. Trainings span from 15 hours to 32 hours and can be applied as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits, and toward our 300 hour YA registered yoga teacher training program for 500 hour certification.
