Workshops are a great way to explore the depths and dimensions of yoga both on and off the mat. You will be surprised how much more there is to learn beyond a regular class, and how rewarding it is to add knowledge and depth to your practice!
Training modules are a step beyond workshops and give a little glimpse into the richness of learning that yoga teacher training programs have to offer. If you are a 200 trained teacher you receive both Yoga alliance CEU’s and credit toward our 300 YTT program.
Events often combine yoga with live music followed by a concert/kirtan & party. These community celebrations and are a meaningful and fun way to connect outside of regular classes, while enjoying a unique and healthy evening out!
