Learn more about the exquisite potential of this transformative force in you, as well as practical techniques to get to know and support the health and wellbeing of both the physical and subtle levels of your body.


    Kundalini Yoga uses specialized pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), and mantras to clear blockages and promote the free flow of energy, fostering greater vitality and wellbeing. These practices foster a deeper connection to oneself, as well as a sense of unity with others and all of life.


    Kundalini Shakti is the name given to a divine power and potential that resides in each one of us. Its nature is to awaken and rise when internal conditions allow and timing is right. 


    Classical Kundalini Yoga comprises a family of nuanced techniques (Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, Asana and Meditation) that supports the cleansing and preparation of the physical, subtle and mental bodies for the awakening and rising of this transformative energy. Through the practice we can welcome home hidden places where detritus has accumulated, and allow a free flow which, like a river, naturally removes what’s no longer useful and makes space for new insight and natural change. Classical Kundalini Yoga also gives us a context – a vision, language, and philosophy – that enables the deepening of awareness and understanding as well as the uplifting of the spirit through a higher and wider perspective.

    Immersion pre-requisite – prior practice of Classical Kundalini Yoga with Isabelle or another Akhanda Yoga teacher or comparable school or modality.

    This training counts as 25 hours of Yoga Alliance CEU’s & 25 elective module hours for the Prana Yoga Studio 300hr YTT
