Friday 5:30-8:30 pm, Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Deepen your connection to yourself, release emotional blockages, clear stagnant energy, and awaken a flow of newness in your body and in your life!
Join Isabelle (Sakshi) Addison, E-RYT 500, for a weekend immersion in the power and grace of Kundalini Shakti and the practice of Classical Kundalini Yoga.
Classical Kundalini Yoga comprises a family of nuanced techniques (Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, Asana and Meditation) that supports the cleansing and preparation of the physical, subtle and mental bodies for the awakening and rising of this transformative energy. Through the practice we can welcome home hidden places where detritus has accumulated, allowing a free flow which, like a river, naturally removes what’s no longer useful, making space for new insight and natural change. Classical Kundalini Yoga also gives us a context – a vision, language, philosophy and mythology – that enables the deepening of awareness and understanding. The practice facilitates an uplifting of the spirit and opens a higher and wider perspective.
Join us for this weekend immersion to learn more about the exquisite potential of this transformative force in you, as well as practical techniques to get to know and support the health and wellbeing of both the physical and subtle levels of your body.

“Nourishing. Enjoyable. Balanced. Loved the story time, Practices and Nidra. The content is incredible, the practice is brilliant and wonderful to learn. But … it was Isabelle and her practice, wisdom and being that was shining through. An amazing thing to be bathed in.” ~ Sheena A
“The whole weekend was thoroughly enjoyable and opened my eyes and my heart to another aspect of yoga. I came into the weekend with an open mind and heart to explore and go deeper into Kundalini. It is amazing how you can discover and heal yourself with yoga. Isabelle is a natural teacher, with her knowledge and love for yoga and for her connection with people. With the theory and techniques the whole weekend was nicely balanced. The whole group/community connected with each other with their shared stories. It was a very safe place to be. If you are wanting to explore Kundalini further this would be an excellent immersion to take.” ~ Krista K
