    Mom and Baby Yoga focuses on honoring the newness and enjoying our postpartum bodies in the company of our babies- asleep or awake!

     

    Moms can enjoy the benefits of awakening tired muscles, easing backaches, while particular attention is paid to abdominal and pelvic health and restoration.

     

    We will also be incorporating gentle stretches for babies, songs and wonderful cures for colic! No prior yoga experience necessary.

     

    Come and enjoy this special time with your baby, introducing them at an early age to body awareness and a healthy body relationship. Suitable for babies 6 weeks up to the crawling stage.

    8 week sesssion $149 + tax
